SHIPPING METHODS & COST

We offer local delivery and shipping using the shipping vendors. We also offer free delivery and shipping for orders over a certain amount. Please see detailed information below.

Local Delivery (within 30km from our warehouse)

  • Within 10km from our warehouse
    • Free delivery for orders over $50
    • $10 delivery fee for orders under $50
  • 10-30km from our warehouse
    • Free delivery for orders over $100
    • $15 delivery fee for orders under $100

Shipping

  • All products except Cat Houses and Cat Litter
    • Free shipping for orders over $199 within Ontario
    • $15 flat rate for orders under $199 within Ontario
    • Free shipping for orders over $399 to rest of Canada
    • $25 flat rate for orders under $399 to rest of Canada
  • For Cat Houses
    • $159 flat rate for shipping within Ontario
    • $199 flat rate for shipping to rest of Canada
  • For Cat Litter
    • $30 flat rate for shipping within Ontario
    • $50 flat rate for shipping to rest of Canada

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

At Leap Pets, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services for all orders within Canada. We work with trusted carriers to ensure that your products are delivered promptly and securely to your specified address.

SHIPPING METHODS

We utilize a variety of shipping methods, including Purolator, Loomis, FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, and Canpar, to ensure the best possible delivery options for our customers. The specific carrier used for your order may depend on factors such as the shipping address, package size, and weight.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically processed on the same day. However, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm the total cost before finalizing your order.

FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free shipping on select orders. Eligibility for free shipping may vary based on factors such as the order total, specific promotions, and geographic location. Please refer to the current promotions and information in the [SHIPPING METHODS & COST] section to determine if your order qualifies for free shipping.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@leappets.ca.

DIGITAL PRODUCT ORDERS

For digital product orders, the delivery will be sent to the email address provided by the recipient within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Once the order is processed and confirmed, the digital product, such as a digital download, electric gift card or access to an online service, will be delivered electronically to the designated email address. Please note that digital products are not eligible for physical shipping and do not require a physical address for delivery.
